The first phase of a brand new residential development is nearing completion on Moneymore Road, Magherafelt. Consisting of 120 semi-detached and detached homes, Foxfield Hall is being constructed by Magherafelt based housing developer, Valor Homes.

To date, FP McCann’s manufacturing facility based just outside Magherafelt has supplied a large range of precast concrete drainage products, including a DN2400 Stormbrake™ chamber and flow-control device to regulate the stormwater runoff on the housing development. FP McCann’s StormBrake™ is manufactured using grade 304L stainless steel for increased durability, strength and resistance to corrosion and chemical damage. It consists of three main parts: an inlet section, a vortex chamber and an outlet. Each part can be configured to provide the most efficient solution to specific site requirements.

FP McCann’s precast concrete pipes, catchpits, easi-bases™, manhole rings, BT comms boxes, cover slabs, seating slabs, trapped gullies, dwarf walls and garden edging have also been supplied.
