SURFACING LOCATIONS

All bituminous products are manufactured at Knockloughrim, Lisnaskea, Bradley’s in Kilrea, or Mallusk by Gencor Titan 2000 Asphalt Batching plants which can produce up to 140 tonnes per hour.

Each plant has the capacity to store up to 160 tonnes of hot mixed material at any time so that we can service customer’s advanced orders and reduce any waiting time at despatch. The plants are fully computerised and each tonne of mixed material can be traced through our batching records for temperature, mixture composition and via our despatch and laying records to the actual location on the ground. Each plant is backed up by our own internal testing laboratories where our materials are rigorously tested to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
