Roofing accessories offered by FP McCann as part of our Full Roof offering include
Handed Dry Verge, designed to provide a mortar free and secure method of fixing which provides a consistent appearance that requires zero maintenance. The product must use the Starter at the Eaves and also comes with our compatible Ridge End Cap. The FP McCann Dry Verge system is available in four standard colours (Anthracite, Brown, Grey & Terracotta) to blend in with the roof line and fits concrete interlocking tiles, between 260-350mm batten gauge. We recommend a batten overhang of 30mm when installing.
McCannFast Dry Ridge & Hip Kits, both universal systems suitable for ventilating most concrete ridge and hip tiles. Complies to BS5250 for ventilations offering a continuous 5mm airflow and BS5534/BS8612 with regard to fixing requirements as long as fixing instructions are followed. Kits include 1x Roll (300x6m), 13x Ridge to Ridge Seals, 13x Clamping Plates, 13x Stainless Stell Screws and Washers (100mm) and 10x Ridge Batten Strips.
GRP Valley Troughs, designed as a lightweight, durable, and cost-effective alternative to traditional lead roof gutters, providing an efficient channel to direct and collect water run-off. Available with both Top and Eave closure pieces. (Supplied via Filon Products)
McCannVent, available for both Thin Flat and Seawave profiles, cleverly designed to be completely in-line with the roof, with a minimum pitch of 20deg. The built-in downpipe allows direct ventilation into the roof space if required.
Fascia Vents, available in either 10mm or 25mm, providing your roofs with effective ventilation whilst conforming to BS5250 (control of condensation).
150gsm Vapour Permeable Membrane, suitable for all wind zones regardless of fitting method and provides flexible installation benefits in-line with the requirements of BS5534. Available in 1m x 50m Rolls. (Supplied via Permavent)
Rafter Support Tray, prevents insulation material from blocking the ventilation path, available in 2 widths to suit 600mm or 450mm rafter centres.
