Design & Construction of a new ferry terminal access & parking infrastructure within the Port of Belfast. Works included:

• Access Roads – Over 1,500m constructed for circulation to parking areas, marshalling area, drop off points & trailer storage including safety barrier & signage
• Car Park – 310 space asphalt facility (7,500m²);
• Trailer Storage Area – 70,000m² brick-paved facility

• Marshalling area – 50,000m² asphalt facility
• Service installed included:
  • Sewers – Foul/storm drainage including treatment/pumping station, petrol interceptors etc.
  • Watermains – Including water & fire hydrant system with supply also to the terminal building
  • Electrical Supply – Including connections & supplies to the terminal building
  • Floodlighting – 24No 25m tall & 3No 12m tall lighting columns including bases
  • Other Services – Ducting including BT, Gas & CCTV.
