• Demolition of the existing changing pavilion building
• Design and Construction of new changing pavilion
• Construction of a new 3G Artificial Grass Pitch including floodlighting, pitch and ball stop fencing, paths, goal posts & dugouts
• Refurbishment and extension of the existing sand carpet grass pitch
