FP McCann supplied ready mix concrete and over 4,000 tonnes of aggregate to Reid Engineering for the construction of a new hen house in Drumullan, Moneymore.

The aggregate supplied consisted of 4” crusher run and blinding, both of which were used to make up the area. Ready mix concrete was used for the foundations, shuttered wall and finished floor. Over 20 loads of 40N concrete were delivered and poured in one morning by FP McCann’s own fleet of mixer lorries.

This is the second hen house on the site that FP McCann have worked alongside Reid Engineering on.

The project started in December 2023 and is due for completion in summer 2024.
