Environmental Improvement Scheme as part of a regeneration initiative to provide an attractive environment to draw people to shops and businesses.

Works included:

• Site clearance of existing street furniture
• Resurfacing with natural stone granite paving
• Utilities- Under-grounding overhead services, diversion and protection of existing etc
• New stone-clad boundary walls
• Installation of feature translucent hoarding and gate to a development area

• Street furniture including stainless steel cycle stands, bollards, bins etc
• Replacement of lighting columns
• Provision of feature stainless-steel planters and trees
• New signage
