FP McCann has been appointed as the Principal Contractor for the expansion of the Stena Line VT1 Ferry Terminal in Belfast Harbour

Title: Victoria Terminal 1 (VT1) Expansion

Description:

The project comprises all permanent and temporary works associated with the expansion of the Victoria Terminal 1 (VT1) trailer park to provide additional capacity for Stena Line. Works include;

• Rearrangement, resurfacing and upgrading of lands at 10 Herdman Channel Road,
• Construction of quality concrete block paving with capping; subbase, lean mix concrete and asphalt surfacing.
• Construction of drainage infrastructure including petrol interceptor, concrete drainage channels and headwall construction in revetment.
• Circulation and access road between VT1 terminal and extended trailer park.
• Ground works for Smart Gate Technology.
• Installation of 30m high mast lighting columns on piled concrete foundations.
• Demolition works to several buildings / structures within the works area.
