This impressive outdoor transformation at a residential property in Magherafelt demonstrates how the right paving can completely revitalise a garden space.

The project involved the complete removal of an old, unsafe decking area to lower the garden level. Large feature steps were then installed, leading down to a beautiful new lower patio area finished with FP McCann’s 900mm x 600mm Riven Sandstone paving flags in Buff. To complete the fresh, clean look, new fencing was installed around the entire perimeter, and the existing paving was thoroughly washed.

Nicky Brown Landscapes carried out the work for this project. Nicky Brown, Owner, said: “The old decking was unsafe and past its best, so it was removed completely and lowered the garden level. We then installed large feature steps leading down to a new lower patio area finished with Sandstone Riven paving from FP McCann. We have always been very pleased with the quality of FP McCann’s products, which helped us give this garden a fresh, clean finish.”

This project was completed in early 2026.
