FP McCann Concrete Exposed The Fiddler's Rest, Portglenone

FP McCann supplied ready mix concrete and exposed aggregate concrete to DMC Decorative Concrete, for the remodelling of The Fiddler’s Rest Bar in Portglenone, County Antrim.

Concrete Exposed in ‘Forest Flint’ was used for the outdoor seating area and walkway, and printed concrete was used for other areas of the beer garden and smoking area.

The concrete has a pigmented dye added and is then stamped with a ‘London Cobbles’ effect printing template, giving the look of paving stones with no joints for moss/weeds to form in, and with all the strength and durability of ready mix concrete.

Danny McCusker, DMC Decorative Concrete, said: “It was great to see the transformation on this project. We have worked with FP McCann’s concrete products on a number of jobs, and as always, we were very pleased with the quality. The before and after photos speak for themselves.”

This project was completed in May 2024. FP McCann supply Concrete Exposed in Forest Flint (featured), Pink Pebble, Monochrome and Lite Gold. A range of printing effects can be applied to our ready mix concrete to meet your requirements.
