This stunning outdoor upgrade at a residential property near The Loup, Magherafelt, proves that concrete can have kerb appeal.

A charcoal dye was added to FP McCann’s 35N Ready Mix Concrete, with a tile-effect imprinting stamp used to create the appearance of paving flags. A slightly darker stained border was then added.

Tying the whole look together, two new sets of steps were installed using then same concrete mix; one double step at the front of the property and another leading to the door of the sunroom, which opens on to the new patio area.
