Donaghmore based building contractor, QMAC Construction is building thirteen apartments and two houses in Ahoghill town centre on behalf of Choice Housing and have utilised FP McCann’s ready mix concrete and building products for the build.

FP McCann’s Bradley’s Quarry in Kilrea supplied approximately 1000m³ of ready mix concrete. 20N for both the trench fill and foundation and 35N ready mix concrete for the subfloor. Approximately 10,000 no. 9” x 4” 7N solid blocks will be used to complete the build.

Speaking on behalf of QMAC Construction, foreman James Martin says, “The product quality and level of service provided by FP McCann has been excellent. Due to restricted site space, both the concrete blocks and ready mix concrete were provided on a just-in-time delivery schedule.”
