FP McCann Supplies Large Quantity of Ready Mix Concrete for a Warehouse Development in Upperlands

FP McCann Knockloughrim Quarry, Magherafelt and Bradley’s Quarry, Kilrea coordinated on the supply of Ready Mix Concrete to a development of four new warehouses for Lambrini Investments Ltd at a site in Upperlands.
The project, which consists of four new warehouses, as well as aprons, extended laneways and other associated development work, is currently still ongoing with over 3000m³ of concrete supplied to date (1500m³ for the shed floors alone). Work on the project is being carried out by J Marron Plant Hire, Gulladuff, and K.D. Building Contractors, Bellaghy.
As well as Ready Mix, FP McCann also supplied concrete blocks, and quarry stone for filling up levels on the flooring and as a base for the laneways.
