FP OffSite Expo 2024 – Coventry Building Society Arena 17th/18th September 2024
In partnership with Offsite Construction Week , Offsite Expo running from 17th to 18th September, will bring together suppliers, specifiers and buyers in the built environment. With a direct focus on the technologies and trends that are bringing transformative change to the construction industry, the event is set to showcase international offsite construction best practice and explore the next big breakthroughs in sustainable construction. It will demonstrate how 2D panelised, 3D volumetric modular and pod technologies together with digital innovations will drive further transformative change within the industry.
Back once again at the Coventry based event, FP McCann on stand E08, is promoting its structural and architectural precast concrete arm, with particular focus on its extensive range of precast modular building solutions now available and used on many noted schemes including exclusive and shared ownership residential apartment blocks, student accommodation, hotels and multi-storey carparks (MSCP’s).
The Company is rapidly expanding its offsite manufacturing operations to meet the ever-growing demand for precast concrete construction systems and building products. FP McCann has invested significantly on the development and production of unique fire-resisting precast concrete architectural facade finishes. With the ability to offer insulated ‘sandwich panel’ units clad either with brick-faced, stencilled or acid-etched finishes combined with precast structural frame systems, specifiers and designers in increasing numbers, are choosing off-site precast concrete building solutions for the speed of construction, high quality aesthetic finish and safe on-site installation practices they offer. Other architectural precast concrete products complementing the ‘sandwich panels’ include lintels, columns, soffits and balconies.
Design, technical and engineering teams at FP McCann work closely with the client and contractor throughout the project to ensure that the structural precast modular building dimensions and external architectural finishes match exacting design and safety specifications.
