Description:

The Contract is for the provision of a new Multi Use Games Area in Portglenone and refurbishment of the existing Play Park. The existing site conditions are managed amenity space controlled by the council with ample parking facilities nearby. Works anticipated to commence early December 2023.

The works will include:

  • Site clearance and excavation,
  • New 3G carpet surface 34m x 20m,
  • Flood lighting,
  • Signage, bins and foot brushes,
  • Perimeter Fencing,
  • Removal of existing Play equipment and Installation of new Play equipment,
  • Associated hard and soft landscaping,
  • Acoustic Fence,
  • Reinforced Grass Alterations,
  • Drainage &
  • Pedestrian Pathways.
