FP McCann Completes Work on Nugents Wood Walk & Ropewalk as Part of PEACE IV Shared Spaces Project

The Nugents Wood Walk and Ropewalk works were undertaken as part of the PEACE IV Shared Spaces Scheme.

This project was supported by the European Union’s PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).

The works within Nugents Wood and Rope Walk included arboricultural works, natural stone wall repairs, installation of water bound paths, installation of cross path drainage channels, construction of new wooden steps, installation of new seating, new boundary fencing and the installation of a large number of wood sculptures and features.
