Progress to Date

Works commenced in July 2025, with initial site clearance and bulk earthworks to phase one. Majority of works to phase 1 nearing completion with the exception of final surfacing, street furniture, and landscaping.

• Approximately 40,000T of bulk earthworks has been undertaken.
• Approximately 1000m of drainage laid with associated manholes.
• 16nr path light columns installed with 500m of ducting laid.
• Over 1000m of kerbing to paths.
• Approx. 500m of pathways ready for surfacing works.

Upcoming Works

Surfacing to paths in phase one (w/c 8th December).
3G pitch earthworks underway and to continue.
New culvert works, phase 2 (Jan 2026).
Landscaping to phase 1 (Feb 2026).
