Provision of new sand carpeted grass training pitch and associated facilities.

Works included:

• Excavation with the cut to fill, to achieve new pitch levels along with new associated drainage
• Concrete surround path
• Fencing included:
  •  Pitch spectator fencing
  •  Ball stop fencing
  •  Boundary fencing to facility

• Floodlighting– installation of 8No high mast columns and associated bases
• Pitch goal posts and dugouts
• Design and build of FP McCann precast concrete retaining walls
• Construction of kerbed granular access road and parking area
• Installation for services for future changing facilities
