Client: Belfast Hills Partnership


Works consisted of contractor design and construction of 470m of granular paths following the contours of the existing cliffs. The works were constructed through Cave Hill Country Park. The park contained the archaeologically sensitive McArts Fort and Hazelwood Area of Special Scientific Interest.

Works included:

  • Installation of several 300mm diameter culverts with local stone facing inlet/outlets
  • Land drainage with associated soakaways
