• Rooms constructed included feature octagonal-shaped waiting area with a contractor designed glazed curtain walling, reception area, kitchen & toilet facilities
• Building services included CCTV, heating, air conditioning & a rain harvesting system
• Automatic shutters & external automatic doors installed
