Brand New Silo Delivered to New Housing Development in Magherafelt

FP McCann recently delivered one of its brand new silos to a new housing development on Killyfaddy Road, Magherafelt.

Hillside Manor will be a development of 79 three, four and five bedroom detached, semi-detached and bungalow houses, being built by JFM Construction Ltd.

FP McCann’s precast depot and quarry in Knockloughrim has also supplied stone and a range of precast drainage products to the site.

Our portable, sealed silos are delivered directly to site and have a built-in automatic mixing system. Once the water and power supply have been connected to the mixing unit, the dry silo mortar can be mixed with water at the push of a button. This results in a consistently high-quality mix that is easy-to-use. Our fleet of tankers can refill the silo when required.

FP McCann’s silos are manufactured by Maine Surface Finishing in Coleraine, following the full process from engineering the design and the fabrication of the silo through to coating ready for the sign writer to add the branded decals before leaving the factory.
