Brand New Industrial Unit In Coleraine Utilises FP McCann’s Building Products

Northern Ireland’s leading volvo truck and bus dealer, Dennison Commercials has built a brand new industrial unit at their Loguestown Industrial Estate site in Coleraine and have utilised FP McCann’s ready mix concrete and concrete building blocks for the build.
In total, around 1216m³ of ready mix concrete has been supplied by FP McCann’s Bradley’s Quarry in Kilrea to the main contractor, Russell Bros. Builders Ltd., who have carried out the works.
Approximately 100m³ of C40 strength ready mix concrete was poured on the foundations and around 600m³ of C15 strength for the trench fill. The remainder of the ready mix concrete was to be used to create the floor of the unit and the external yard.
FP McCann’s Kilrea depot has also supplied 6000 no. 9” x 4” solid 10.5 Newton concrete blocks and approximately 1000 no. 6” x 4” 10.5 Newton soap bars to the site.
FP McCann completed its involvement in the project in February 2019.
