The works involved the construction of an extension to a composite lined landfill cell and associated ancillary works.

Works included:

• Site preparation
• Creation of slope at the existing bund
• Supply & installation of the geosynthetic clay liner
• Supply & installation of HDPE liner

• Supply & installation of geosynthetics
• Extension of leachate side slope risers
• Connection to a leachate pumping system
• Ancillary works included the installation of site CCTV to site offices etc.
