FP McCann supplied mortar and precast drainage products to Harry Elliott & Son Construction for the Gortin Water Lane housing development in Cookstown, County Tyrone. The project highlights how consistent product quality and dependable supply can support the efficient delivery of a modern residential scheme.
One of FP McCann’s silos was delivered to site in 2023, with multiple refills carried out throughout the build period. This on-site solution helped maintain continuity of supply and supported day-to-day efficiency as construction progressed. The development consists of 37 three and four bedroom detached and semi detached homes, situated off Drumearn Road in Orritor, Cookstown. With many of the properties now completed, Gortin Water Lane is helping to meet demand for high-quality family housing in the local area.
