The project involved the extension of the existing access road to the industrial estate to enable future site development.

Works included:

• 280m of 7.3m wide carriageway extension which included 3m wide verges and 2m wide footways
• Diversion of a small stream
• Construction of small storm drainage outlet structure
• Soft landscaping
