SOLAR ROOF TILE
Our solar roof tile solution integrates photovoltaic capability into the roof structure without requiring external mounted panels. The solar modules sit flush our Thin Flat tiles, maintaining a clean, coordinated roofline.
The system supports both horizontal and vertical layouts and is suitable for new build or retrofit applications.
THIN FLAT CONCRETE ROOF TILE

Manchester Care Facility – Thin Flat Duo Roof Tiles
Our Thin Flat Duo tiles were supplied to a new 59-bed care facility in Northern Moor, Wythenshawe.
Specialist roofing contractor D&D Roofing Ltd installed approximately 10,000 Anthracite tiles to deliver a clean, contemporary appearance that complemented the building’s brick façade and surrounding residential context.
Tiles were supplied from our solar-powered Cadeby manufacturing facility and installed with minimal breakage. D&D Roofing’s Contracts Manager, Sam Cousins, commented that the tiles were simple to fix, delivered a stand-out low-profile finish, and will be considered for future projects.Matching Anthracite ridge tiles completed the system, providing a fully coordinated roofline.

South Staffordshire Retirement Apartments – Thin Flat Duo Roof Tiles
For the “Wyrley Court” retirement living development in Great Wyrley, we supplied Thin Flat Duo tiles in both Terracotta and Anthracite, helping the contractor achieve striking contrasts between the site’s multiple apartment buildings.
More than 44,000 tiles were delivered from our Cadeby facility and installed by DC Construction (Midlands) Ltd. The smooth finish and straight-cut edge delivered a modern, distinctive aesthetic in line with the architect’s design intent.
Matthew Grifferty, Procurement Manager at DC Construction, noted that the tiles were easy to fix with minimum breakage and created a high-quality finish across all roofscapes. Both this project and the Manchester care facility installation are covered by FP McCann’s 15-year product guarantee.
