FP McCann Constructs New Skate Park as Part of PEACE IV Shared Spaces Project

The Muckers Field and Cherry Valley Loop works were undertaken as part of the PEACE IV Shared Spaces Scheme.

This project was supported by the European Union’s PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).

The works included the bespoke design and installation of a skatepark, path upgrade works throughout the park to include pin kerb edgings and asphalt surfacing, landscaping in the form of wild flower seeding and the planting of semi mature native tree species, new LED path Lighting, and through liaison with the Comber Parkrun representatives, Parkrun signage and totem pole marker posts were also installed.
