FP McCann has been appointed as the contractor for the Colin Glen Forest Park mountain bike trail and skills loop

The contract is for the provision of a recreational mountain bike trail and skills loop at Colin Glen Forest Park, Belfast. This includes, the construction of an off-road multipurpose trail system of approx. 5.4km suitable for cyclists and including an all ability trail. Throughout the trail technical features will be placed to enhance the experience for the riders where necessary with rock features utilised in the landscape to a large degree. The works also include the construction of a 250m skills loop to introduce some of the features for riders before progressing onto the intermediate blue graded trail.
